Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in Reliquia pre-order items. Please review the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked as pre-order are not currently in stock and are produced in limited quantities. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item will ship at a later date once production is complete.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Pre-order items require additional time for production. Please allow 4–8 weeks from the date of purchase for production and fulfillment before shipment. This timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to change due to manufacturing timelines, material availability, quality control, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your pre-order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping transit times begin after the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Order Updates

If there are any significant delays beyond the estimated timeframe, we will provide updates via email using the contact information provided at checkout.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

All pre-order purchases are final sale. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Reliquia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Any lost or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of the shipping date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or replacement. Once an order has shipped, Reliquia is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
